Currently seeking a candidate to perform the roll of Office Assistant/Service Dispatcher for our dedicated team of Heating & Cooling Service Technicians. We are looking for a candidate that is self-motivated and brings a “can do” attitude to the position. They must be well organized, quality-oriented professional that takes pride in their work. This position is Part-Time with flexible hours Monday-Friday with full days Wednesday.

Desired Qualifications: - Must be reliable and dependable - Excellent communication and "people skills" - Attention to detail - Well organized with ability to prioritize and multitask - Familiar with MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel

Duties: - Answering all incoming phone calls, prioritizing based on need, maintain service schedule, and communicate service calls to technicians. - Dispatch technicians to customers' site addresses. - Prepare service work orders for billing. - Maintaining schedule of service agreements.

Wage: $15.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
