Duties include:
- To Promote the Livelihood & Growth of Businesses in the County
- Provide Incentives to Encourage New Businesses to Locate in the County
- Submit Grants for Economic Development Use
- Administers the Community Foundation of Osceola County
- Administers a Revolving Loan Fund
- Serves as the administrative base for the Hawkeye Point Foundation
